Refund Policy – NKN Web Design LLC

At NKN Web Design LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality web design and digital services tailored to each client’s unique needs. Because our services involve customized work, planning, and time investment from the very beginning, our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness while protecting the integrity of our business.

1. Down Payments (Non-Refundable)

  • All projects require an initial down payment before any work begins.

  • Down payments are strictly non-refundable. This covers time spent on project planning, consultation, research, and reserving development resources.

2. Service Payments

  • Once work has commenced beyond the down payment stage, all payments made are final and non-refundable.

  • Partial refunds will not be provided for work already completed or services already rendered.

3. Cancellations

  • If a client chooses to cancel a project after work has begun, no refunds will be issued for completed work or payments made.

  • The client remains responsible for paying for any work completed up to the date of cancellation if outstanding balances remain.

4. Revisions & Satisfaction

  • NKN Web Design LLC provides revisions in line with the scope of work agreed upon in the project proposal or contract.

  • Requests outside of the agreed scope will be considered additional work and billed accordingly.

  • Dissatisfaction with design style or creative direction is not grounds for a refund, as design is subjective. Clients are encouraged to communicate feedback during the revision process.

5. Non-Delivery

  • In the rare case that NKN Web Design LLC cannot deliver the agreed-upon services due to unforeseen circumstances, a partial or full refund (excluding the down payment) may be considered at our discretion.

6. Third-Party Costs

  • Fees paid for third-party services (such as hosting, domains, stock images, or plugins) are non-refundable. These services are purchased and managed through third-party vendors outside of NKN Web Design LLC’s control.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes. Any concerns should be resolved directly with NKN Web Design LLC.

  • In the event of a chargeback, the client remains responsible for all outstanding fees, legal costs, and collection expenses incurred.

8. Completion Timeline

  • Project timelines depend on client responsiveness. Failure to provide content, feedback, or approvals in a timely manner may delay completion but does not qualify for a refund.

9. Acceptance of Policy

By making a payment to NKN Web Design LLC, the client acknowledges and agrees to this Refund Policy.
